TN (TREATY NATIONAL) VISAS

These visas are reserved for Canadian and Mexican nationals, only for certain occupations, and generally require the equivalent of a United States Bachelor’s Degree.

The speed and convenience of the processing, particularly for Canadians, whose visas are handled at the departure airport, makes them popular options.
